CEO, MANAGING

Julia Baytler is the CEO of Landmark. A JD from Suffolk Law (cum laude) and Massachusetts Bar member with a BS in Finance, she is also a Licensed General Contractor in Florida. She has overseen 7,158 completed units and currently leads the development of 7,000+ residential units and 5 million square feet of industrial assets. Previously, she held senior legal roles at IBM and State Street Bank. Julia blends legal rigor, financial acumen, and operational execution to steer Landmark with discipline and purpose. An advocate for women’s empowerment, she elevates leadership, operations, and tenant communities while delivering resilient, long-term results.
