A development featuring 233 townhome- and multifamily-style units has been proposed for south McKinney, according to a presentation at a June 13 meeting of the McKinney Planning and Zoning Commission.
A request to rezone the property for the proposed development, termed Lofts at Alma Road, was presented to commission members by Trey Jacobson of Momentum Advisory Services, a land use consultant representing the applicant Landmark Cos.
