The project, a ground-up, Class A res development comprised of two three-story buildings with 268 units and four two-story townhome buildings containing 28 units, is scheduled to deliver its first phase by Q1 in 2024. A New York City-based debt fund provided the three-year loan.

Arden at Corinth, located at 3451 FM2181, will offer numerous resort-style amenities, including a clubhouse, fitness area, pool, outdoor barbeques, and dog park. The apartments will feature spacious floor plans, nine-foot ceilings, expansive windows, stainless steel appliances, in-home washers and dryers, custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, island kitchens, wood-look floors, and private balconies/patios.
