With over 15 years of experience in real estate development, Adam has focused on the Southeast US multifamily and CRE markets with a specialty in land acquisition, market analysis, underwriting, financing, and asset management.

Prior to joining Landmark, Adam was responsible for the acquisition, development and management of approx. 1,000 multifamily and mixed-use projects in the Florida market for Affiliated Development. Adam was also Senior Real Estate Analyst at BBX Capital where he assisted in the overall acquisition and development of over 2,500 multifamily units and over 700 for-sale single-family homes and townhomes.
