Clark Pritchett, COO of Landmark Management Partners, oversees the day-to-day operations of the Management Company with a primary focus on developing strategies and budget plans for newly developed communities. Clark joined Landmark in 2021 with over fifteen years of experience in Multifamily Real Estate. Clark specializes in Class-A, mixed-use communities and has played a key role in opening and completing premier lease up communities in various East Coast markets.

Prior to joining Landmark, Clark spent twelve years in operations with Bozzuto Management, allowing for a unique perspective of newly delivered as well as stabilized assets, and has a proven track record developing award winning teams and properties.
