Eric serves as the company’s in-house corporate counsel and is responsible for managing its legal affairs as well as compliance and risk management. Eric also plays an active role in overseeing operations, asset management and transaction activity. Eric’s experience in real estate expands across commercial and residential projects ranging from industrial and office, to multifamily, single family and affordable housing development. Eric’s previous employers include JP Morgan, Florida Housing Finance Corporation and Baptist Health South Florida.
