Landmark Companies is looking for a talented and experienced Investor Relations to support all aspects of the firm’s fundraising and investor communications efforts. RESPONSIBILITIES
Develops and maintains a company investor relations plan. Performs a comprehensive competitive analysis, including financial metrics and differentiation. Creates presentations, press releases, and other communications materials for earnings release, industry events, and presentations to analysts, brokers, and investors. Organizes conferences, road shows, earnings conference calls, and investor meetings. Represents the views of the investor community to the management team in the development of the corporate strategy. Identify, establish and maintain long term relations with investors and potential investors, and occasional assistance to institutional client. Develop strategies to attract new institutional and high-net-worth investors and generate and maintain fluid communication with them. Present investment opportunities to investors through written and oral presentations, and conduct required follow-up. Monitor the performance and risk profile of existing portfolio investments
QUALIFICATIONS
Desired Qualifications: 5+ years experience as an investor relations. A BA/BS degree, as well as excellent written and verbal skills, relationship-building skills in the investment community, and the ability to collaborate with the executive team. Reporting & Data management. Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Highly oriented profile to attract new investors. Detail orientation with strong organizational and follow-through skills, quantitative research & analytical skills. Ability to travel nationally and internationally.
