When completed, Riverview Commons will be a four-story “garden” project with 300 “Class A” residential units and a 5,000-square-foot amenities center. Each team will have wall-to-wall wood floors, ceiling fans, blinds, a European-style island kitchen with a pantry and built-in microwave, granite countertops, a dishwasher, frost-free refrigerator with an ice maker. In addition, there is an indoor basketball court and ice skating rink throughout the winter.
