Eric is currently overseeing multiple industrial and multi-family projects from land acquisition through to tenant improvement buildout. He works closely with land brokers, lenders, and end users throughout the development process.

Eric’s previous experience is in commercial and retail development in Florida, Indiana, Georgia, and Illinois with Kite Realty Group and affordable multi-family development with Opa-locka Community Development Corporation and Riley Area Development Corporation.
